Avantages
Its more like a typical goverment job without the facilities perk, there's routine work, a team that's mostly professional and work just fine enough to keep the clock ticking while crediting your account just necessarily enough.
Inconvénients
Can get boring, ahhhh at times with the targets but it's just any other sales but relatively with less pressure as in salary doesn't depend on it ( there's no deduction in pay scale) but there's no crazy incentives either. They don't talk about targets anywhere untill a few weeks into the role and then they need revenue and your job is to achieve targets, it's not really difficult but irritating to cold call strangers and sell something you don't believe entirely. Anyways u can do it to keep urself occupied for a survivable salary in tier 2 city.
