      Avantages

      AIHA is a better-than-average membership association, with all the usual departments (meetings, education, publications, etc.), that also has non-standard association programs that bring in (diversified) revenue. Stable, with a clear vision for the future.

      Inconvénients

      Not much room for advancement. Employee experience is heavily dependent on the manager. Professional development is almost entirely left up to self motivation. Cliques.

      “The work environment here is fantastic. Everyone is supportive, and collaboration is encouraged. Management genuinely cares about employees’ growth.

      Inconvénients

      While the work is rewarding, communication between departments could be improved to ensure smoother processes.
