      Avantages

      A empresa vem crescendo muito rápido e gerando muitas oportunidades para cargos que estão sendo criado, o ambiente de trabalho é bom com algumas ações no dia a dia, como café da manhã com frutas e cervejas nas sextas feiras. O nível técnico dos colegas é bem elevado.

      Inconvénients

      Como os profissionais tem um nivel técnico elevado alguns profissionais com nivel tecnico inferior poderiam ser aproveitados melhor e acabam não conseguindo se manter na empresa.

      Some of the co-workers are really nice people

      Inconvénients

      Unreasonable amount of work , must finish within very little time Have to clock out every time you leave your desk even to use the restroom It feels like prison

      Avantages

      Only two good things working at ADTsys: friendship and newest technologies.

      Inconvénients

      - Lousy benefits; - They do not pay overtime; - There is no kind of planning in the company; - There is no career plans; - Employees are treated very well when you need them, but when they do not need anymore, they are despised; - Lousy benefits (again); - The agreements are only to benefit the company and not the employee. - The law is only good for the company, not for the employee.
