      The atmosphere is okay, it depends on where you work in the facility.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay. No overtime. Increased production, no pay increase. Lack of communication Favoritism.

      Manageable workload, good PTO benefits, forgiving attendance system, very diverse environment.

      Inconvénients

      Zero job security, lower than market pay, impersonable overly pr trained management who will lie to your face, zero growth opportunities, very high turnover, nobody knows each other here.
