Avantages
The application they have created is good. Communication between the executives is nice and have a welcoming attitude. Provide benefits to employees in terms of breaks and snacks and celebrate festivals and birthdays in a nice way.
Inconvénients
Bad attitude of management towards junior employees. They fire well-performing employees without cause or any notice. Very strict about taking leaves even in case of emergencies. Told to work from home on off days and no fixed hours of work. Often had to work late. Special treatment to South Indians over other employees. If you are pursuing further studies, strongly recommend not to join this organisation because you would not have the time to focus.
