      Avantages

      Friendly colleagues, good reputation with clients, previously good customer service levels and respected in the industry (Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery)

      Inconvénients

      Poor Leadership, lack of direction and poor communication from Senior Management, inexperienced and untrustworthy MD, atmosphere growing toxic and you no longer know who you can trust! If you try and leave on time, or even 5 minutes late you are sneered at by the MD and made to feel lazy!

      Avantages

      Good products and part of much bigger group so potential opportunities elsewhere if you can cope with the naive and emotionally led management.

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership with lack of clear strategy and direction detracts from what should be a great proposition in the market.
