      My role offers strong autonomy, a long‑tenured and knowledgeable team.The organization is also moving quickly toward AI‑enhanced workflows, creating a modern and forward‑thinking environment.

      Inconvénients

      Key challenges include limited transparency around major decisions, including product sunsets and process changes that occur without proper notice to internal teams. Layoffs are often treated as routine business rather than with compassion for long‑standing employees, and merit increases and promotions are inconsistent. Cross‑department communication gaps frequently lead to misalignment and operational confusion.

      Avantages

      Co-workers, mission, and benefits are all great. There's a longstanding loyalty with ACT which has kept many people here for their entire careers.

      Inconvénients

      Pay freezes and hiring freezes have made opportunity for advancement or even standard of living wage increases nonexistent for the last year. Change has been constant which has not been managed very well. There's a lot of starting and stopping without a strategic, comprehensive plan of implementation.
