      Good communication and openness to new ideas. Customers are great to work with.

      Experiencing some growing pains with leadership change, but before I left it seemed as if active strides were being made.

      Managed by patent company who doesn't really understand associations or how to sell to associations. Compensation is abysmal. No growth opportunities.
