      Good place to get a foot in the door in pharma

      Inconvénients

      PTO is slow to accrue-overworked without overtime or compensatory time No solid corporate training program HR department does not care for people-executes actions that appear to be unlawful and discriminatory Leadership is a full of men with sensitive egos Poor communication across the network

      Avantages

      Reasonably flexible schedule, growth opportunities, and strong teamwork is enforced. Management does not push work on you but delegates fairly amongst the team. Although there is a constant stream of work to be done in this line of work, a sense of comraderie can be felt when workload increases

      Inconvénients

      A small team builds trust and teamwork but when the workload increases, prioritization is hard to navigate.
