      Poor Management, Very Much a Man's World and a lot of secret meetings behind closed doors. Lack of communication between management and staff.

      Great culture and nice benefits and easy to reach senior management

      Light on bonus pay annually and Fleet program doesn’t have suv and lager safer vehicles

      Avantages

      Reasonably flexible schedule, growth opportunities, and strong teamwork is enforced. Management does not push work on you but delegates fairly amongst the team. Although there is a constant stream of work to be done in this line of work, a sense of comraderie can be felt when workload increases

      Inconvénients

      A small team builds trust and teamwork but when the workload increases, prioritization is hard to navigate.
