      good company to work for, good culture, management is good too. Hav to focus on priorities and issues. Bonus should be given to approriate people

      needs development, should focus on issues, should promote right staff, don't show favoritism, lack of objectives, learn from mistakes and work on strengths

      Avantages

      Loved working here. My main role was account management and driving new business. I was also responsible for selling event sponsorships. The benefits were generous. Good salary plus commissions. Flexibility to work from home as needed. Loved the Disney benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Sales is tough in the Bay Area due to traffic and dense population, so lots of time is spent in the car.
