      Employee friendly company..very good pay scale varied experience across sectors and functions

      Inconvénients

      very difficult to get the right opportunity when one plans to shift from current role; TAS HR is not able to provide good, challenging roles; salary structure is poor; mostly Mumbai based roles

      Avantages

      Loved working here. My main role was account management and driving new business. I was also responsible for selling event sponsorships. The benefits were generous. Good salary plus commissions. Flexibility to work from home as needed. Loved the Disney benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Sales is tough in the Bay Area due to traffic and dense population, so lots of time is spent in the car.
