Avantages
Good benefits package (health, dental, vision), pension, 401K. Improved work-life balance in the last few years. I have a good manager. Fair amount of autonomy...great if you're experienced (I love being able to work independently). Not so great if you don't already know the ropes (this can be overwhelming). If you can take the "cons" with a grain of salt and not take them personally, ABC can be a great and fun place to work.
Inconvénients
The cafeteria. Promotions and/or reorganizations can be very political with sometimes strange shuffling of staff. Constant worry about layoffs. Some middle management are relics from a former era who don't know anything, and no matter how uncooperative, egocenric or incompetent they are they remain permanent fixtures.
