      Avantages

      I really thought this was this place to be, however once the insecurities starting showing themselves that changed really fast. Reading a lot of the very recent reviews seems like there was "instruction" to employees to write positive reviews - management should know that these are not authentic whatsoever and only there because you "asked" someone to do it.

      Inconvénients

      Really a toxic type of environment in the Call Center where Core Values are preached however not lived. The senior leadership team does not lead by example and the more they can make employees feel unsure and insecure the better - definitely do not recommend working here unless you like being punished and treated like you are inferior.

      Avantages

      Pay incentives are available for cross-training in different areas of the warehouse (picking, packing, inventory). Performance bonuses (hitting 100%, 110%, 120% of standard rates) can boost your hourly pay. In the best-case scenario, base pay of ~$17.50 can approach $20 within a year.

      Inconvénients

      Expect to be blindsided with 10-hour days and mandatory overtime, often with little to no notice. The attendance policy is ruthless and point-based, punishing even reasonable life circumstances. Management is more concerned with policing employees than actually leading; many seem untrained and ineffective. Work-life balance is virtually non-existent at times; if you have kids, health concerns, or value a stable 40-hour week, this place will drain you quickly.
