The RBTs are kind and good at their jobs The clients are fun Location of clinic is convenient for those in South Tampa but the clinic environment is pretty negative
Inconvénients
Admin micromanages employees while simultaneously being completely unavailable when they're needed. It's hard to find even one BCBA available to help you cause they're rarely at the clinic. Management has complained that employees ask for too much help with protocols that are new or not explained properly. Most communication with the company owner and admin is passive aggressive and dismissive. Worst of all, they have pay docking if you don't meet 60 billable hours in a pay period and have taken $5-$10 per hour away from employees WITHOUT notice. And they can do this legally. Generally a shady company.
