Avantages

Not really a whole of pros right now.

Inconvénients

No overtime allowed. Always short staffed. Saw 140 patients with 2 people working. Does NOT pay anything clos3 to a livable wage.

It is easy to get hired.

Inconvénients

Do not train well, too much work and not enough staff, will not help you get certified.
