A heart-warming and confidence-raising factor is the number of team members who have been with the business for 5-10 years+ and have grown into various roles.
Inconvénients
This is definitely not a con unique to 8Common. Current times have hindered the ability to embrace the full team culture I have been told there once was. But I do see that improving with initiatives being taken by the management team.
