      Avantages

      Some fun colleagues. Exposure to industrial/interior design industry. Looks good on a resume if you can survive 6 mos.

      Inconvénients

      Project Managers are treated like toilets.Chaos at it's best. Very high stress. Salary does not compensate for what you deal with here. Incompetent, clueless, inefficient, deaf, management. Useless HR. Poor benefits. Long hours. Understaffed. NO training. 2nd hand office equipment. Everything is your fault.. No existing workflow. Negative environment. Sales reps treat PM's like crap. Sink slowly or drown trying. No room for advancement.

      Avantages

      The culture is built by its people. They are what make the company a nice place to work at. The product is interesting and the industry allows room for growth. The month celebrations and holidays are nice too.

      Inconvénients

      Unless you've got an insane amount of value to the company, they will not work to keep you there. The pay is minimal and they don't hand out raises easily. They will drop and replace you with someone cheaper if they think it's necessary, or refuse to give a promotion to avoid paying an increased wage.
