      Avantages

      - Recently refound it's identify and now fully back to continuously innovating people and products - Great group of people - If you fit the culture then in my opinion work here feels like how work should be. Together effectively working towards a goal while having the right balance of comfort and challenge.

      Inconvénients

      - Given opportunities based on potential can result into the feeling of a to high of an workload. Although this is well mitigated by the culture. The stimulation to learn by making mistakes and collectively having a problem solving mindset. This means it's very important to fit the culture.

There are plenty of growth opportunities in the company as well. Whether you have multiple years of experience or just starting your career, you'll find chances to expand your horizons and venture into different fields. You have plenty of opportunities to grow in your field and others if you would like. What makes 3devo special is the amazing group of people you get to work with. They're not just colleagues; they're genuinely nice, caring people. The culture is built on kindness, respect, and open-mindedness, making every day a pleasure to come to work. I can't recommend 3devo enough for anyone seeking a fulfilling and inclusive work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Occasional high workload during peak project periods, but if you are up for a challenge this doesn't matter much.
