Avantages
good pay because they are an agency for big fish like Microsoft and Adobe
Inconvénients
1. lacking D.EI. greatly. Very discriminating all the way up to HR. literally on my last week, the white guy got a farewell meeting while the Asian girl is told to hurry up and hand off. Plus they immediately try to fill the position without any regard to feelings. 2. performance is based on realization rate which is based strictly on what sales decide to price deliverables. There is no merit on how you are performing within your current position. 3. PMO has zero sense of teamwork or consistency. Processes are insanely random and if you suggest, be careful. They will shut you down or tell you "you can do things that way, but we wont" 4. no matter what experience you come with, they won't trust your skillset. it's all about 10 year and letting them teach you for 2 years before you're promoted to anything. 5. sales has zero respect for delivery. dates on sows are constantly incorrect, SOWs and client comms are randomized and PMs can be kept out of the loop without regard, but no one has a problem throwing you under the bus. 6. no resource constraint concerns. Tech Leads can get sick and literally be saying we cannot take on anymore, but the leadership team has a certain milestone amount they want to hit and give incentives to employees to work over weekends rather than caring at all about work life balance. My Passion when I interviewed was that work life balance for my team was highest priority and no one cares at 3Sharp. This makes TLs disrespectful and frustrated not creating an ideal PM and engineering relationship. 7. upper management has a lot of work to do. jokes are outdated, people get insulted, and no one cares. DEI literally started and stopped because upper management didn't want to "stop their jokes". Upper management also includes two women, and you would think some things would change for the better for the feminine gender, but no. they continue to push masoginistic prerogatives.
