Avantages
3Scan basically has it all: an inspiring and exciting mission and product, a fantastic company culture, wonderful coworkers, excellent work-life balance, and great benefits. People are open-minded, non-judgmental, and friendly without being overbearing. Everyone works hard, but there is a culture of taking care of yourself and taking the time off you want or need. Management is extremely responsive to feedback, and will work with you to advance your career--if you want to change some of your duties or gain new responsibilities, they will help you figure out how to do that. All in all, it's a great place to work!
Inconvénients
Like any start-up, as the company grows, more structure and protocol is necessary to facilitate communication between departments. 3Scan is still in the process of implementing some of these things, but it is well on its way.
