Unrealistic Expectations, Little Reward & Lack of Progression - Avis employé Marketing Assistant 3P Learning

My manager offered little flexibility regarding all business practice put in place, particularly admin tasks, and occasionally acted in a inappropriate, unprofessional and condescending way to staff. I was often tasked with tasks outside of my scope, whether that included the management of all business shipping & receivals or (more recently) the construction of five floor to ceiling cupboards. I'm not a handyman.
