Avantages
Co-workers and managers are nice and supportive. A lot of inter-divisional collaborations and many technology platforms are attractive to employees.
Inconvénients
It is very ifficult for molecular biologists to have enough opportunities to use their skill sets, and thus they seem to move away from this field.
