Avantages

Great environment for travellers. Good socially and good to be raising funds for good causes. Also good to chat to people who support these causes.

Inconvénients

Really hard job. Rules are changed for those who have authority. If they don't like someone, that person is out ASAP. Completely unreliable and unstable job.

Thanks for taking the time to review working with 2evolve. Our fundraising roles are sales based so employees are required to meet targets. Unfortunately if an employee is unable to consistently meet targets then they will not be able to continue in the position. Standards and processes are applied consistently to all staff.

City location was the only good thing

Inconvénients

Fired after 2 weeks for not making sales KPI's - no one wants to buy charity subscriptions but the KPI is amount of charity subscription sales - most of the customers I called had passed away which is why their subscriptions lapsed so of course it was impossible to renew them
