Good company culture, likeminded coworkers, busy days and work to do.

Management only listens when management wants to listen. No real responsibility to be a team leader. Clique-y office staff who will smile at you and then turn around and talk badly about you as soon as you walk out of the room. There is a “not my job” mentality amongst management and it really impresses upon the employees that there is a lack of leadership. Lots of finger pointing going on here. The owner is quick to put you on blast and when you ask other coworkers, the mentality around the building is “he just does it to make sure everyone is in check, we all get it all the time.” That’s not very professional or useful.
