      Comma’s commitment to a life-first culture encompasses everything they do. The flexibility and opportunities to work alongside fellow writers with the same passion for delivering quality work is one of my favorite things about them. Care and compassion comes from the top down and is felt in every part of the organization.

      Inconvénients

      It’s project-based work so income can be inconsistent at times. The team does work hard to help you meet your income goals every month.

      Avantages

      This company is led by its mission and it shows! I worked at Comma while undergoing some transitions in life and it was a great supplementary income that helped me get through those changes. I will never forget how supported I felt by the leadership team when challenges arose. It is well structured and organized and they live by their mission to help you put your life and goals first!

      Inconvénients

      This is a good supplementary income, but may be difficult to pursue for primary means of income depending on your goals.
