While current commercial practices aim to increase profit, they do not always align with the best interests of clients. In some cases, there seems to be an emphasis on overselling, even when it may not be a priority for the client.
Client relationships can feel unbalanced at times, with Springbok appearing more as subordinates. This dynamic seems acceptable to management as long as the clients generate revenue quickly.
There also appears to be some inconsistency in how individual contributions are evaluated. Mistakes may not always be addressed fairly, and at times, responsibility may be shifted based on personal relationships.
Additionally, I’ve observed some behaviors during lunch breaks and after-work events that could be concerning. It might be worth HR taking a closer look, as certain comments or jokes could be unintentionally hurtful.
