      - Competitive salary with a variable component - Friendly and collaborative engineering culture where people are encouraged to take initiative - Great working conditions (fully remote-friendly for engineers, plus a nice office, very "startup-y" with perks like barista coffee and snacks) - Good benefits package (9€ meal vouchers, active CSE, team budgets)

      Inconvénients

      - The company is still going through some organizational changes, which can sometimes make communication less clear than it could be - Some turnover after recent layoffs, and new CTO and CPO mean things are still evolving

      I was contacted on LinkedIn for an initial exchange with Stéphane, and I really appreciated the honesty of the discussion The recruitment process was transparent and sincere: the company presented both the positives and the challenges, without overselling anything. The interview process was quite long (more than 5 interviews for a senior software engineer position), but I received feedback very quickly after each step ( usually within two hours) and that allowed me to meet several team members and really validate that this was the company and the environment I wanted to join the first week of onboarding is well-structured and now after one month in the company my day-to-day responsibilities fully match what was presented during the interviews I’m happy to have joined and to be working alongside very talented people

      Inconvénients

      nothing for nowThe interview process can feel long, especially for senior profiles, but it is also what makes it thorough and reassuring

      The onboarding week has been absolutely amazing! Everyone is so excited to share their experience and their availability to help. Documentation is deep and the mission is clear

      Inconvénients

      No disadvantages for the moment, of course following 5 onboarding seems a bit overwhelming but it's natural
