Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The field of energy is fascinating. Working with startups is exciting. Working with European colleagues was super rewarding. Most of my "field" colleagues were nice, with diverse and interesting personalities.
Inconvénients
On the other hand there are very few possibilities of career development, the management is autocratic with a lot of intempestive firing. The top management does not accept the contradiction from the base and prefers "yes men" who are largely rewarded by rising up in the company. There is a lot of turnover except within the executive board, the place is undoubtedly far too pleasant to leave it.
