We love that you have highlighted our training, our compensation and benefits and most importantly, our speak-up culture where we believe it is essential our employees can raise issues and concerns but also ideas. We also understand your point regarding silos; as a global organization, we want our business to be sustainable, collaborative, and scalable but also ensure we overcome the siloed barriers.
