      Avantages

      There is a people-oriented approach, easy to speak with everyone regardless of their title or seniority. There are often new challenges, and employees are encouraged to share their ideas and feedback, but also to keep learning and growing. You feel like you can really have an impact.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing specific to mention, it's a great place to work! Of course, there is a performance-oriented mindset, so you need to be continuously well performing and achieve your goals.

      Avantages

      The company culture is really amazing. I work in the Brussels office (headquarters) and there are many initiatives throughout the year to connect with your team and cross-teams. There's always an excuse to share food or celebrate something. Friendly vibe and easy to communicate and express your opinions.

      Inconvénients

      Everything is great, cannot think about many downsides.

      Great place to grow if you like taking ownership. The company gives you a lot of trust and responsibility, which helps you develop quickly. There's a strong learning culture and transparent leadership that keeps everyone aligned. People are kind, driven, and always ready to help.

      Inconvénients

      On the downside, resources can sometimes be limited, which means teams need to be creative and prioritize carefully. Additionally, while remote work is supported, habits and processes around it are still evolving, which can lead to occasional misalignment or communication gaps.
