      Avantages

      Lots of autonomy, interesting projects, and generally inspiring colleagues.

      Inconvénients

      HR is slow, inefficient, and unhelpful towards employees -- especially complicated since the company is based in Paris, but many HR decisions come from US HQ.

      Company gives you a lot of autonomy and freedom to manage your own time.

      Inconvénients

      For analysts, there is a grad school requirement (MBA or phd) which is cumbersome and limiting.
