Avantages
Accelleron is a very good company with Highly Technical and Efficient Products. The work environment and culture is very good. Also, company offers good flexibility at work.

Avantages
At Accelleron, we can enjoy the facilities to excel in our work (rest area, library, foosball table) and have a good work-life balance (office is near train station, home office policy is above market trend, management caring about our professional and personal life...). We can also learn a lot in our job and there are opportunities to learn and growth as Accelleron is an independent company of 2500 employees globally.
Inconvénients
It still has the ABB influence. Accelleron is culturally moving forward to the future. This transition may need some time as in a normal process, and we can feel the leadership team is supportive to build Accelleron's own identity/brand.
