The R&D team is young and there is a good vibes at every lunch between all of the people. Good communications between the team. Senior manager are here to help the young one.
Inconvénients
Upper management do not listen to the employees problem, low salary compare to other company at the same position, no home office, no DHR to solve the problem, no IT , hard to communicate with upper management, no advantage such has car, train, etc. Low Budget for marketing and sales,
