    Avantages

    Good benefits. PTO is good, benefits are above average. Some good people who do a lot of the work. Some really good talented people are there and should be given more power.

    Inconvénients

    Horrible Product Management. Zero future in the products they are developing. Hope the CEO overhauls a majority of the leadership in parts of the company that are too tied to check still. They say they are evolving and buying companies to be more “Fintech” but yet the companies they buy are still tied to check. Datamyx and FMCG acquisitions were the only ones with promise. Not sure what they are trying to do in treasury management. Sales will die off soon as banks don’t care about the products currently offered that are tied to checks or treasury management. 10% of the people do 90% of the work. Professional services are a mess with very overworked employees being told to milk every hour of the customers billable time. Next to nothing for training and onboarding. Zero room for advancement.

    Conseils à la direction

    Get rid of the current leadership, Hire younger more progressive talent and especially women. Stop trying to build around core competencies. They are dead. Buy more digital companies tied to electronic payments if you want to stay in the payment industry. Some really good people still work there but probably not for long if they are smart and things don’t change. Identify the 10% and cut out the management that is way overpaid for what they bring to the table. Start thinking more long term and change quickly.
