Question 1 : Un développeur Web n’est pas d’accord avec vos recommandations pour améliorer l’expérience utilisateur d’un site Web. Comment gérez-vous ce différend ?
Comment répondre : Un sens de la communication et des capacités à travailler en équipe et à résoudre les conflits étant essentiels pour ce poste, élaborez une stratégie qui fait appel à ces qualités pour régler ce désaccord. Les démarches possibles peuvent consister à chercher à comprendre le point de vue du développeur Web (via la communication), à favoriser la solidarité (grâce aux capacités à travailler en équipe et à résoudre les conflits), et à chercher le soutien d’un supérieur. Évoquez également la possibilité de reformuler vos propositions de changement en tenant compte des objections/préoccupations des développeurs et de collaborer avec eux pour parvenir à une solution mutuellement acceptable.
Question 2 : Quels outils technologiques utilisez-vous régulièrement pour vos projets UX ?
Comment répondre : Un UX designer doit savoir utiliser les logiciels et les langages de programmation adéquats. Montrez que vous disposez de l’expertise technique requise : Dreamweaver et Illustrator de la suite logicielle Adobe Creative Cloud et les langages JavaScript et HTML sont des outils technologiques incontournables pour ce poste.
Question 3 : Quelle est votre stratégie pour communiquer les modifications UX aux développeurs et aux designers ?
Comment répondre : Décrivez une méthode de communication qui montre à la fois vos qualités de stratège et de joueur collectif, et qui suscite l’engagement de vos collègues et non leur désapprobation. Les démarches possibles peuvent consister à recueillir le feedback de vos collègues et de votre supérieur sur les modifications suggérées, à développer des scénarios d’utilisation basés sur le feedback et des études de marché, et à élaborer un argumentaire convainquant pour étayer chaque modification. Mettez l’accent sur votre recours à la communication orale et non orale, à l’écoute active et à l’empathie.

Same here. But the worse thing is that I decided to make these websites and I managed to deliver a very nice looking websites and they contacted me two days later. Asked me to join to Telegram app to have a chat. Then pasted in long text (with other name not mine and then edited) where they said as a fact that I will need to do trial work so I can see how everything is fhere, colleagues etc. Once I told that this is not ok, they startet to scream at me and disconnected feom the chat. Is this something normal??? How they even still do business? Moins

When I explained that the UX design process as something depending on the scope and context of the projects and the problems we're solving. She was not satisfied. She said I should say Step 1 ____. Step 2 ____. Moins

I believe I was on a phone call interviewed by the same HR. When my qualification didn't met the company expectation, I was surprised by her reaction which show her disappointment with a long sigh. I am not sure if she had studied my resume before the call. Moins
