O recrutamento foi faseado e bem estruturado. Após registo e testes online concluídos com sucesso segui-se 1 entrevista online bastante acessivel. Procuram conhecer a motivação da pessoa para a função e as questões apresentadas são relativamente fáceis.

Entretien
The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
