Was connected through a recruitment agency. Went for the interview at their office at given time. Was ushered into a meeting room and the receptionist went to inform the CEO (interviewer, it was a senior position). After sometime, somebody wanted to do a meeting in that meeting room and when he realized I have just came for an interview was curtly told to F.O. outside in the reception area, without even bothering what position etc. Told the receptionist what happened and left as realized what the company culture is.

First got a call from HR to schedule time as the team is based in USA. Need to find a time that fit USA and UK. In the interview, Going through the CV with the job that i did. Team lead go through day-to-day and ask about the experience I had.

Pathetic and lengthy interview process where candidates are not treated with respect w.r.t updates provided to candidates. Company treats candidates to be available for interview as per their convenience and post interview keeps candidates hanging without any update for us to guess we might have been rejected then out of the blue H.R. comes with an update of HOLD status then later with REJECT and after few months suddenly with salary negotiation then again H.R. goes off the radar for candidates in the dark as always. Hiring process is not bad but worst so better to stay away from eclerx.

I got a call from the company throught a recruitment agency. The interview process was comprised of 2 rounds. The first round had some technical questions on ML and the second round was salary discussion round.
