Questions d'entretien de Business development partagées par les candidats
Very common questions about motivations. BDR is a very motivation driven role so they made sure to really check just how motivated I was. They also made the hardships of the job very clear which I found refreshing and perhaps even needed. All in all very transparent, no baiting, no brainteasing. If you really want the job, know what it takes and are able to convey that you won't have any issues.
While I decided to go with another offer for reasons beyond Avrios' control, I can highly recommend the company. Everyone involved was professional, friendly and above all honest. It should also be mentioned that they refunded the travel expenses much faster than most companies and without any questions asked. Much appreciated and I am grateful for the opportunitiy.
In depth and intense. They want to know you for who you are and ask questions accordingly. What was your greatest accomplishment? an example of when you worked well in a team. etc. mainly competency based questions. very nice people. I had lunch with the team before the interview, who were all very welcoming and friendly. I was then Interviewed for 2 hours, by CEO, and managers.
