A couple of coffees with the hiring manager, and then two interviews with other leaders on the team and then there was an offer. Great process and experience, but it took a long time.
Had 3 rounds of interviews with global and local management, covering topics related to the job as well as questions regarding my values. Overall felt the experience was good, quick and transparent.
