Recruiter referred to this job. Got interviewed over the phone. Then got interviewed by sales managers. Typical sales interview questions. Did you exceed targets, explain most difficult sale, how did you deal with difficult customer, why you're applying for this job, what are your career goals, how much you wanna make, when can you start.

Had a phone interview which was very pleasant. Next step is an HR interview, 3rd step is with the Sales Manager on Teams. Fingers crossed on the next couple of interviews.

Entretien
Process is aptitude test, then video interview with HR, and final video interview with sales manager. Interviewer was friendly. Base pay is 35k plus uncapped commission. Was asked usual interview questions, tell me about yourself, why should we hire you, what do you think you'll be doing as a sales rep.
