Entretien
The process took some time but was was fairly straightforward. I had a few phone calls with the heads of the department where we got to know one another, discussed the role and where the department was looking to go moving forward. Throughout the conversations it felt like a great fit all around.

Nothing unexpected. We had in-depth conversations about where the department was looking to shift, and through this, they wanted to know where I thought I'd be able to add value and if I agreed with the thought process overall.
