I applied online and got a quick response for an over the phone interview. After a description of the company and a few questions, I was told my resume and interview would be looked over. If chosen, I would receive a call inviting me to come in for an in person interview. Since the holiday season was approaching, the call took a little longer than usual but was still fairly quick. The interview was nerve racking, merely because it was an interview but not too difficult. I presumed in went fairly well. The interviewer told me I should hear a response in about a week, after they finished the rest of the interviews. Sure enough, the next week I found out I was being offered the HR intern position!
