J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WorldQuant (New York, NY) en févr. 2019
Entretien
The interview started with a phone round. It was basic things, like what you are looking for when you review a merge request, where you can put finals, mutable and immutable etc... After that round the next was an in person one. 45 minute with the manager and 45 more minute with the guy I was talkin via the phone and I had to make a simple coding chellenge on a notebook. The last round was a remote round with 3 person. They had 45 minutes for each. It started 18.15 at my local time so for the last one I got really tired. All the 3 guy were asking some coding chellenge again. First was a cache, second was a simple algorithm to get pairs what makes 10 and the last one was a moving average.
My feelings were like too much check on coding.
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez WorldQuant (Tel Aviv-Yafo) en mai 2026

I got contacted by them through a recruiter via email. asked me to give them 3 available dates. the review was in English with a guy from London. The guy was nice.
It was pretty good, normal SWE process with fundamentals, lc coding and culture fit. I got interviewed for 5 rounds with ppl from different countries, they were nice but I did not get the offer then.

Talked with several developers, in two rounds, and with the head of the office at the end. It was overall a pleasant experience, interviewers were friendly and were open to questions about the job and the company.
