The interview process at Wellhub has been the best I’ve ever been a part of. The recruiter was spot on and made sure I was prepared at every stage. The hiring manager asked thoughtful, relevant questions and was incredibly kind and warm, which really helped put me at ease. My first interview was with a recruiter, followed by a second interview with the hiring manager. The third interview was a role play, where I pitched the product, and the fourth was a culture fit interview. After my role play simulation, they left time for feedback, and I found it to be incredibly insightful and completely valid, helping me reflect on my performance. What really stood out to me was how well the process was managed—at no point was I left in the dark. Both the recruiter and the company kept me updated on my candidacy status throughout the entire process, which is something I truly appreciated. This position was based in their London Hoxton office, and whoever lands this role is incredibly lucky to join such an organised and thoughtful team.
