An online application which led to a phone call. An interview was scheduled the same week and a response was given within two days. The interview was very casual and brief. The interviewers asked about experiences and expertise and were able to describe their offerings as a company. All in all, a 15-20 minute interview

Got a HR phone call as first round of interview but the recruiter seemed less than enthusiastic to talk to me. It was mostly focused on running through my resume than going over the job opportunity.
