First you must pass a personality survey then you go for an in person interview. Everyone is super nice and was pleasant to speak with. Very excited about starting my new career.
Visiting the reservation center, asked some soft skills questions, did a roleplay about sales skills and Disney experience. Not a difficult interview, just be friendly and polite to the interviewer!

Entretien
They sent me a job interview invitation a week after I applied online internally. They gave me a tour around the place before the interview then they sat me in a conference room full of trainers while I waited to be interviewed. The interview went smooth, she went over a few common situational questions and then role playing over the phone.
