Most questions centered on my experience with Customer Due Diligence—such as onboarding processes, risk assessments, handling deadlines and KPI, and compliance with AML regulations. I was asked to give examples of cases I’ve handled and how I approach documentation and escalation. The conversation was straightforward and focused on practical experience and technical knowledge.
