There are a few parts of the interviewing process. First you are approached by the HR company for a phone interview. Then, at their quarters, you have an interview in your mother tongue, with a section in English. Then there is a series of tests to assess your personality and suitability for the position you apply for. You also have to pass a medical exam, in our case focused on hearing. Then there is a final interview with the company representative, to make sure you are right for the particular team where you would be assigned.

Pretty good, the interviewer was friendly and upfront with every thing including the salary, hours and location and also the start date. The questions were very creative and she held up a good example by speaking in English throughout the entirety of the interview.
