It was also mentioned that during training, at any time, they would have the ability to take a look if you were able to provide a backup laptop or router at any time, and not doing so would void your application. Training, while has allowance, is only dispensed after matching with a client. Very demanding for a job that offers a base salary of $3/hour for non voice accounts. They also have an extension that you must comply with that will take a screenshot every 5-15 minutes when you work, so also keep that in mind - that is something they disclosed.
